Flag Football Mouthpiece Instructions

1. Boil water to approximately 165 degrees (F), Remove from heat, place mouthpiece in water for 30 seconds.

2. Place mouthpiece in cold water for 1 second

3. Place mouthpiece around upper teeth. Secure mouthpiece by pressing against back with tounge and push up into teeth with thumb.

4. Bite gently, suck out excess air and wateer. Keep in for 30 seconds. Repeat until tight fit is obtained.
